Teresa Ragatz, a founding partner of Isicoff, Ragatz & Koenigsberg, obtained her Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center, cum laude, in 1985.  She obtained her B.A. from Sir George Williams University in Montreal, Quebec, Canada and she received an M.Ed. Degree, with honors, from Florida Atlantic University.

Ms. Ragatz manages the firm’s appellate practice and her litigation practice is concentrated in the areas of complex commercial litigation and employment litigation.  In the employment arena, Ms. Ragatz has successfully represented clients, both plaintiffs and defendants, in whistle blower, sexual harassment, age discrimination, gender discrimination, national origin discrimination and Fair Labor Standard Act cases.  Ms. Ragatz has achieved Martindale Hubbell's AV® rating, the highest ranking an attorney can achieve, and has been named one of top attorneys in South Florida by the South Florida Legal Guide.  In addition, Ms. Ragatz has been selected for inclusion on the Florida Super Lawyers list.

Ms. Ragatz is actively involved in the community and served as President of the Board of Directors of the YWCA of Miami-Dade County.
