Matthew Lines, who was made a partner of the Firm effective January 1, 2007, obtained his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Florida State University in 1999. He joined Isicoff, Ragatz & Koenigsberg in April 2004 after having worked as a commercial litigator for four years, practicing in the areas of complex commercial litigation, insurance insolvency litigation, securities arbitration and bankruptcy creditor’s rights.  At Isicoff, Ragatz & Koenigsberg, Mr. Lines concentrates his practice in the area of complex commercial litigation.

While at Florida State University, Mr. Lines was a Member of the Journal of Transnational Law & Policy and he obtained Book Awards in Securities Regulation, International Civil Litigation and Conflict of Laws.  Mr. Lines is a member of the Florida Bar, the American Bar Association and he is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida as well as in the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.  Mr. Lines recently was recognized as a rising star in the 2010 Florida Super Lawyer publication.
