Tracey Cohen obtained her Juris Doctor in 2003, cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and her B.A., cum laude, from Brandeis University. Ms. Cohen joined Isicoff, Ragatz & Koenigsberg after having spent two years at another firm practicing in the areas of commercial litigation and health care law. Ms. Cohen continues to concentrate her practice at the Firm in the area of complex commercial litigation.
While at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, Ms. Cohen served on the Senior Editorial Staff and the Articles Editing Committee of the University of Florida Journal of Law and Public Policy. In the Fall of 2002, Ms. Cohen received the Award for Academic Excellence, Literary Achievements and Service to the University of Florida Journal of Law and Public Policy. During her law school tenure, Ms. Cohen was also the recipient of a Book Award in Legal Research and Writing and served as a teaching fellow for Legal Research and Writing and Appellate Advocacy. Presently, Ms. Cohen devotes time as a tutor for the Dade County Bar Association Minority Bar Passage Program, and is a member of the Florida Bar,
Washington D.C. Bar, the Broward County Bar Association and the Dade County Bar Association
and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern
District of Florida.
